Any tips for a 26 year old thinking of starting a State Farm Insurance agency?
I have 1 year of experience in insurance working as a claims adjuster for one of the biggest p&c insurance companies and I am interested in trying to start my own agency. I know that I want to own my own business some day and I am just looking for the best oppurtunity to be successful. I am just worried about all the responsibility that comes with owning your own business (paying rent, managing employees, keeping your customers happy, etc.) I want the financial rewards that come from owning your own business but just am not sure I’m ready to take that leap. Any suggestions to tell if I could make it? Any suggestions to predict my success?
